Terms And Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

  • 50% advance is required to confirm any project.

  • Remaining balance is payable before final delivery or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

  • Applicable GST will be added to the invoice.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 15 days of the shoot may result in forfeiture of the advance.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 7 working days’ notice and is subject to availability.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 weeks for weddings, 1–3 weeks for corporate projects.

  • Rush delivery is available upon request at an additional charge.


4. Revisions

  • Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions. Major changes will incur additional fees.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the first draft.


5. Copyright & Usage

  • Cinegma reserves the right to use final content for its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Clients must inform in advance if content is to remain private or under NDA.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and logistical support.

  • Delays from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.


7. Travel & Logistics

  • Outstation travel, accommodation, and transport expenses are to be covered by the client unless specified.

  • For international shoots, visa and travel arrangements must be handled in advance.


8. Project Abandonment

  • Projects without client communication for 30+ days may be marked inactive and incur reactivation charges.


9. Data Storage

  • Raw footage is stored for 90 days post-delivery unless extended storage is requested in writing.
